Whilst we would like to help every single case, we rely entirely on public donations so we need to prioritise cases depending on urgency of the animals condition. 

Before you fill out the application form, please ensure that you have first applied to Vet-pay at www.vetpay.com.au , discussed pay plans with your vet,and also exhausted all other lending options.

We are not a payment option we are a charity that solely helps people who are experiencing severe hardship and whose animals are being rejected vet care due to lack of funding.

Due to the volume of applications we are unable to reply to all emails, we apologise if you do not hear back. If we are able to take your case on you will hear back from us within 7 days. If your pets symptoms are of an urgent nature we hope to reply sooner.
